Your photos are yours.

Your photos

Stored in private storage, accessible only to your account through short-lived secure links.

Processing

To suggest selections and layouts, we may send reduced-size thumbnails to an AI service. Originals are only used for printing.

Third parties

We share what's needed with our print partner and payment provider to make and deliver your book.

AI services

When you ask BellaFoto to find the stories in your photos, small preview images (never your originals) are processed by our AI service providers to score, caption, group and match them. BellaFoto does not use your photos to train its own models.

Deletion

You can remove single photos or whole creations from My Memories, and delete your entire account from Account Settings. Deleting removes the photo files from our storage; backups may take a short time to expire.

This summary will be replaced by a full policy reviewed for your jurisdiction before launch.
